I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with excellent facilities. The onsen experience while surrounded by snow was truly unforgettable. The resort offers a free shuttle to the nearby Nekoma ski hill, which is just a short 10-minute drive. The buffet meal was great, though a bit pricey at 5000 yen. The hotel had a lovely foyer and the staff, while having minimal English, were very helpful and accommodating. It's worth noting that lift passes are significantly discounted if purchased through the hotel.
